Changing eating habits, but now I’m constantly craving something more?

d n Asked: Changing eating habits, but now I’m constantly craving something more?

So today was the first day of my new "health lifestyle". I ate a lot of junk food and the occasional soda, along it's fried food and snacks through out the day. Today and for now on I planned to kick out junk food, too much sugar, and soda, and to exercise at least once a day.
Alright to start off, today I ate:
- Apple cinnamon oatmeal (for breakfast)
- An apple (for a snack)
- Meat and rice with a small salad on the side (for lunch; I usually put a bunch of ranch on my salad, but changed it to a normal amount of Italian) and a glass of water (instead of a soda or sugary juice).

I'm hungry again, even though I ate 30 minutes ago and w full when I finished. I feel like I'm craving more, but what can I do/eat that's healthy that will satisfy me?
Thanks
