Could i lose weight by doing this?

Nikii Asked: Could i lose weight by doing this?

So i eat like :

cereal
banana

2x biscuits
bar

something for lunch ( sandwich ? )

another snack ( hot milo and 2x biscuits , oreos and milk , 4 x cheese and crackers ? )

If i get hungry again a piece of fruit or vege

dinner

Then for exercise i go for a 20min walk down a hill and then i jog around for about 30mins and then a 30 min walk back up the hill .

Im 13 and i weigh 51kgs i want to lose weight , will i get huge muscly legs ? if so how do i avoid this? And if i drank lots of water.
I just want to lose about 5 pounds or so …. so then how would i maintain it ?

When should i see results?

Im too young to diet and we dont have that much healthy food.

Hi, cut out the biscuits and the snacks. Avoid eating between meals. For exercise try going up hill to develop your leg muscles. hope this helps.
