I need to lose weight 40-50lbs to fit into my size 0 jeans and have my old leg gap back (I am short 5ft3 and I didn't have a huge leg gap you could just notice it) but I want a more toned look, will doing butt/legg exercises like squats and lunges and doing arm exercises with a 10 lb weight bulk me up?
Ps. I will be eating healthy and doing cardio
You could lift 10 times that amount of weight and not "bulk up" because you don't have testosterone.
If you want to lose weight why do you want to bulk up? Muscle weighs twice as much as fat. For strength training heavy weight, low reps. For toning, low weight, high reps. So I don't know what you want to do. Can't do both
