Hi I am a female, 20, 5'4 weigh about 145. I would like to weigh 130. I have cut off junk food, and soda. Only drinking water and some juice, mostly cold water. I am now eating salads. And other healthier foods. Can I lose at least 10pounds by eating healthier without too much exercising, how long would it take? I will be getting a treadmill in two months so in the mean time, how long wouldit take if I eat healthier, and take occasional walks. And have you done this? How much did you lose and how long did it take.
You have to count calories or you will get no progress
