Growing my hair out, what to expect? (male)?
Big G Asked: Growing my hair out, what to expect? (male)?
I am a male, 19 years old, and I've had pretty short hair all my life. My hair is very thick, and I've been told I have very good quality, nice hair. I have suddenly decided to grow my hair out long, very long. I'm just curious as to how it will look, and my plan is to grow it at least long enough to manage a ponytail.
How long will my hair have to be to manage putting it all into a ponytail? How long should i expect this to take?
Just a bit of info: I'm pretty hairy. I'm capable of growing a nice full beard and have a decent amount of hair all over my body. I have a very healthy, high protein diet, and exercise 6 days a week. I take centrum multivitamin and just started also taking a generic Hair, nail, skin supplement that has 3000mcg of Biotin per serving of 3 tablets.
My hair is still short, just over an inch on top, and 1/2 or 3/4 of an inch on the sides and back.
What should I expect? Should I get a hair cut that evens it all out before beginning the journey? Let me know
I've always though long hair on guys is gross, especially is it looks greasy.
It will look ok if you head is oval. (:
Can I Have Your Opinion?(:
um they say hair grows half an inch every month. it took me two years to grow out my hair a little below my belly button but then im a girl soooo yeah. in my opinion short hair is cuter on guys, i say get a nice hair cut but its your choice(:
