I'm 15 and my diet consists of nothing but junk food. It has been like this for the past few years. I almost never exercise, and when I do, it's not for very long. The last time I got on the scale was about 4 months ago, and it said I was about 145 lbs., but just today I got on and it said I'm 152. I am not fat at all, but I certainly don't want to be. Despite my terrible diet, and my lack of exercise, my body looks pretty good, especially for someone my age. This is probably because of my metabolism. I think it goes without mention that my body won't look like this for long if I keep up the way a treat my body now. So what can I do to maintain this damn good looking sexy body of mine? Eat healthier? Yes. Exercise more? Of course! But specifically, what should I do? How many calories should I be having a day? What kind of exercise should I do? Are there any specific foods a person my age should be eating? Also, I really hate vegetables, but have no problem with fruits. So, could I get just as many health benefits eating fruits, and no vegetables? Any answers or tips you could give would be great, just so long as they're serious, Thanks

Water is FTW!
I just recently started drinking at least 2 litres a day and have noticed a great difference within just 1-2 weeks. But I do think it could take about a year for your skin to reach perfection like the one in the picture, ultimately it depends on the severity of the skin.
If you drink coke. Don't drink coke. Replace all soft drinks with water. Water flushes out all the nasty bacteria out of your pores and hydrate's you face so good bacteria can fight off infections.
