It's been a week and a half started eating healthier drinking nothing but water and gatorade like 2-3 times a week. I walk 1mile in the morning and walk 4miles on my treadmill. Mon-fri. And I just started a Jillian michales workout video which I thought was a good workout. It's called 30day shred. I'm eating breakfast snack lunch snack dinner. So in how long should I expect to see some results. Thank you!!!
