Whenyou are losingweight, you should exercise and diettogether.
Ifyou exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
willleadtoincreaseofweight, or muscle grow
underneaththefatlayer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, youwillbecomeflabbyand will have excess skin. For
diet, gowheatfree. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after7p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
yourinitialweight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
youdon'teatwheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, youdon't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your
dietisstillbalanced.Itcostsnothing, and you do not have to
calculatepointsortobuy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walkfirstor you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointedbones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym – a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).
oh lordy, you are so young.:( it saddens me to see girls your age go through such horrible body image. It really does.
First, let me start by saying there will always always always be girls skinnier than you are. Its just how it is, but aside from this, there will always people that will be fatter than you are too. You cant be the skinniest of the skinniest. Its not a competition, its personal wellbeing. So lets just start with that.
Second of all, the number one cause for binging is restricting. If you are craving sweets (this sounds insane) EAT A COOKIE. One cookie now to satisfy your craving will be better than not eating cookies for weeks, then eating an entire bag after you cant take it anymore. Moderation is key.
You shouldnt be losing a ton of weight very fast at such a young age. I know you're probably sick and tired of hearing me treat you like baby and yada yada yada, but quick weight loss will hurt your organs.
My best advice to you is to be kind to yourself. Avoid processed foods (they are the main source of extra fats and sugars we dont need) and stick to pure foods, like oats, fruits, vegetables, and meat. Stay at 1200 calories and dont go under 1000 you need 1200 to have your body function properly. Stay strong!:) Message me if you need any more help.
First of all, you are only 14 years old so if you grow taller (even a little) in the years to come and keep a healthy diet you'll loose weight to fit your body. Exercise is only as good as your diet. so you can eat whatever you want but u have to up the exercise. But if you eat foods like berries, fruit and vegetables after a workout you should be fine. Maybe you can try eating very little before a workout (like one banana) as to not carry too much calories. I suggest running is the best even on treadmill just pick your 5 favorite songs and by the end of the songs you wont even remember you just ran. Running is best for entire body but you probably should try an exercise plan that targets specific body parts for weight loss (this means low weight but high reps 20-30, in machines). remember to try interval training and change treadmill speed from time to time just aim for 45-1 hour of continuous running as, you loose and shape the harder yo push (but don't overdue it).
Try a stool softener.
