Both my husband and I are hoping to lose 50lbs. I had a baby 6 months ago, but I was overweight even at the time that I got pregnant. I am now 5'5, 185lbs. My husband is eating healthier, and he goes exercises on a more regularly basis.
Ever since I had my son, I've been having problems with my legs, and a lot of time I'm put on bed rest, or confined to a wheelchair. This, I believe, is making it really hard to lose the weight. I am extremely self-conscious now, and I want to lose weight along side my husband.
How can I lose 50lbs in a decent amount of time? Obviously I can't walk/jog/run, but perhaps some stationary exercises? Maybe there is no hope – I've been eating extremely healthy, but I think the lack of movement is making this impossible.
