Hi, I am still trying to lose my baby weight and finding it difficult. Is it even possible to lose weight without exercise? As in just by healthy eating? If not what are some LIGHT and QUICK exercises that will help. I'm not the type of girl you will see running round the block and I also don't have time for that so what could help? Situps? Etc.

Yes, you can lose weight with just a change in your dietary habit. Instead of taking one large meal, you can try taking small meals, at a regular time interval. That'll keep you from overeating at the next meal. You might also want to include a little bit of exercise in it. For once, it there's a choice between taking an elevator or a stair, choose the stairs instead. You can also do daily house-chores like cleaning, sweeping etc. That'll helps a lot. And I've read that a good night sleep (around 7 hours per night) will help too. It has something to do with our nightly hormones.
Well first your body loses about 2000 cals a day, if you want to maintain weight you should eat about 2000 cals.
Diet its very good just eat 1000 to 1500 cals a day.
Also exercise is very important you lose more fat at a low pace of working out so slow jogging or walking a mile is equal to running 2 miles so just do that and you'll lose like crazy
be a vegetarian , avoid all fats and fatty foods. Daily take horse gram receipe ( you can slightly fry the horse gram grind it and add the same to your gruel and take at least 50 grams of horse gram for 1 month and also eat lots and lots of fibrous food . After one month you will lose all the fat from your body. How it works , horse gram desolves cholestrol / fat from the body and drives it out of the system. The fibrous food will prevent further absorbstion of fat into the blood while digestion. The avoidance of fats and fatty food will speed up the process of losing fat. Do this sincerly and after one month you will lose a very noticible amount of weight.
Do not eat foods that have a lot of oil or fat in them. Divide your meals in smaller 5 meals a day instead of 3 meals a day. Eat food which has less amount of carbohydrates. Walk a lot. Jog or run everyday for a kilometer if possible.
