I used to sit beside a girl for 4 months in class and its been over 8 months since i saw her, i still think about her everyday, first thing
when i wake up in the morning is her, jist cant stop, cant focus on anything? I know this is not good for me, how do i lose these feelings?
Im 19 btw, have social anxiety, ocd, depression, generalized anxiety. I had her on facebook but now shes ignoring me. These emotions are not healthy for me how do i stop it, its ruining me. I already have other problems. I need to relax. I already see a psychiatrist and ive been on 9 medications over the past 2 years or so and im still at square one. I see him on march 26, so what shud i do? Should i just find her and kill her?

it all heals in time brotha it heals in time. and if you kill her just remember, a broken heart may sting for a while but a dead body smell in the wall never goes away.
send her an email telling her all your feelings and if she dosent respond forget her and find better things. and goodluck with all your issues, ive been there and done that. you can get out of the mist you are in. you just have to believe in yourself and wish for positive things to happen around you. with a good attitude you will get there! try volunteering some where thats interesting to you! hope i helped!
