I am going to my washington with my family for the holidays and i am much larger than everyone else in my family. I am going to start eating right and exercising, but i need a way to loose weight fast (within a few weeks) so i am not embarassed and depressed when i see my family. I know that it may just be temporary, but that is ok, because i will start doing it the healthy way after my vacation. Please help me find something fast to shed some pounds.

Average weight loss is only 9-15lbs a year, so this is a long term lifestyle issue not a quick fix. You require both an appropriate diet and very regular vigorous exercise.

Dear, your family will love you no matter what size you are.
There is no fast way of losing weight. Cut back on the carbs like bread, cake and donuts, pasta, potatoes (french fries), bagels and soda and sugary juices. And of course try not to eat candy at all.
Healthy whole grains are filling and help you go to the bathroom which will help keep your stomach flat. Eat lots of veggie too. Eat lean meats like turkey and chicken. And drink lots of water.
Remember you are beautiful no matter what size you are.
