Is it normal to see your rib bones?

Lex Asked: Is it normal to see your rib bones?

I'm at a healthy weight. My bmi is 24. I'm 5"2/5"3 and I weight a little under 10 stone. (under 140 pounds) so that's healthy, but i'm obviously trying to get that down. I'd like to be 100 pounds. But at the moment I can see my ribs and my hip bones. Is this normal?

Yes, that's completely normal!

No it's not normal to see your ribs unless you are bending or stretching. If you see them all the time, it's not considered normal.

Depends hip bones are fine but does your ribs look like a homeless hungry dog plus you are at the right size no lower

Seeing your rib bones is nothing to worry about but if you are that skinny you shouldn't be trying to lose weight

You are so sensible about your body. (maybe because you are a girl and i'm not!)
But i strongly believe we need to have relax spirit to enjoy our life.
If you look to disabled people who has a happy life (more than some of normal people) you will find out the reason of happiness.
Wish best
