I couple of months ago I had Epidydmo-Orchitis, the pain was gone after 2 weeks of anti-biotics and anti-inflammatory tablets. However, the swelling on my testicle has remained, but has gone down in the last couple of weeks, however it feels like there is still a bit of a solid crust around one end of the testy.

I've not really thought much of it, it slips my mind because it doesn't hurt.. What's really concerning me is that I was masturbating earlier and I had blood in my sperm, after looking it up, it seems to be a symptom of prostate cancer. But at my age, it's unlikely to be that.

I'm just curious whether if anything is linked?

I'm 19 years old, sexually active, I drink, smoke however, I have a healthy diet and good fitness.

Can someone suggest what might be going on? Going to the doctors is out of the question for the next 4-5 weeks.
