95 lbs bench press-4-6 reps, 60 lbs curls-5-8 reps, 60 lbs military press- 8-10 reps. If you want to try this remember to stretch and warm-up before trying any of these, also eat a healthy, protein packed meal after this. By the way I just turned 13 at this time so don't post any comments saying add more weight or anything. Thanks for watching!
