Seed avocado, peel and dice one-half avocado, and put into bowl. Add sliced green onions (scallions) Pour on dressing and stir to coat all ingredients. Let it sit while getting lettuce ready. Place lettuce in a salad bowl. Stir shrimp mixture again to get up any dressing that settled on bottom of bowl, and spoon it onto the bed of lettuce.
