I've always had muscular thighs, ever since I was a child I've had an athletic build. If I were a guy I'm sure it would be awesome, but I'm a 25 yo female and I really want to have skinny legs that are slim, instead of muscular thighs that are thick. I walk daily, do martial arts, work out daily like leg raises, squats, jumping jacks, and I don't over eat. I don't eat junk food, chips, and I hardly ever eat meat.Am I destined to always have thick muscular thighs no matter what? I am very active, I eat well, and my bmi is 21.9, so I am not over weight. I don't know my fat content, but my body doesn't jiggle anywhere when I walk so I'm thinking it must be healthy……what can I do for skinny legs? I have almost achieved a thigh gap, and I think if I lost 10 pounds, it might just happen

If you have a thigh gap you are already really lean. Maybe you are expecting your legs to look like those starved models? If that is the case Im here to tell you that the athletic build is much more desirable. My wife is athletic and her legs are muscular and just awesome. Could be you are trying too hard to look anorexic?
