I have severe anxiety. I'm fed up of waking up every single day feeling this bad. It's a living hell.
I'm obsessed with my healthy such as my pulse,every little pain and I make myself feel so ill. And I have social anxiety.
I as just sat down and I felt a horrible pain in my ribheart it lasted 10 seconds and my rib kind of cracked. I dont think it was anything but I'm on the verge of a panic attack. What do I do?im 15, I've been uptight for the past 3 days please help me. I'm suicidal

Okay I'm gonna be one hundred percent honest with what I eat. I don't necessarily eat unhealthily but i wouldn't say it's healthy either. Right

I always have breakfast and nearly always have a small glass of milk with a tiny bit of nesqwik cocoa powder for flavouring. Then ill have something on whole grain toast usually jam or Nutella no butter OR a belvita breakfast biscuit

I don't usually eat lunch but when I do it's most likely a banana

For dinner it would usually be something like a roast dinner or cottage pie, usually something like that.

I very rarely eat crisps/chocolate/sweets(litetally hardly ever)or fizzy drinks and very rarely eat junk food. I'm not necessarily trying to lose weight but i definitely don't want to put any on. Will my diet help me maintain my weight? I also do an hour in the gym every week and dance for about 30 mins every day. I'm 15 years old, 5'4 and weigh about 137 pounds to 138 it differs quite alot. Am I healthy ? Do I need to make any changes ?

Okay, so I'm 14 years old. Currently 5'5 and about 123 lbs. I'd like to get down to 110lbs. I don't think thats unreasonable, but here's the catch. I am a recovered anorexic. I'm fine now, thought process is very normal with a healthy body image, but at the moment I am feeling a little chunky at 123, so 110 seemed like a sensible goal to me.
Now, I have a doctors appointment soon and she of course knows about the whole thing. My parents, if they find out I've being restricting will flip out. If they find out I want to get to 110 lbs, theres no way they'll even consider it. So I just can't win. I just want some freedom over my own body. I don't want to lose any more than 13 lbs or any less. It's just a goal, and I'm trying very hard to stay on the right track. We don't have a scale at my house either, so yeah. I feel like they're not going to trust me. Like, ever.
Do you think that 110 lbs is reasonable? Is there anything I can say or do to make them back off a little and support me? If not, is there something I can do to lose the weight without their knowledge?

I use a straightener almost every morning and my hair is pretty damaged right now. Does anyone know of ways to make my hair healthier/thicker? Like is there a really good shampoo I could use?

Asked: Is it normal to have moderate chest pains after having surgery from a collapsed lung?

I'm 16 and I'm a great cross country runner. I experienced a spontaneous pneumothorax. I had surgery to prevent this from ever happening again. It has been about 80 days now, and I'm back to running about 15 miles a week right now but still have some chest pain. Also, when I run, I experience a cramp/sidestitch feeling in my lower abdomen and occasionally in my shoulder. But that's only sometimes. How long will it take before I can be myself again and be worry free? Will I ever be healthy again? I really want to run again and be able to qualify for state, again.

am i loosing my hair?

Please help I need advise, I am only 21 and I think I am loosing my hair as I don't get hair growing at the corners of my forehead.. and my hair itself.. I just hate it! Both my parents mid to late 40s have no signs of hair loss nor does my siblings. I eat takeaways everyday which obviously don't help but from this day if this is sign of baldness I really don't want to loose my hair and want to re-grow it healthy again? I am addicted to takeaways but when it comes to this I will have no choice but to have a decent diet. I have more hair growing on one side than the other side also, my hair is not grey at all just very light brown and I condition it almost everyday because the hair is very thick in the morning. I want to change my hair so it grows at the top corners.. is there a way or is this my natural hair? icon sad am i loosing my hair?
Will these corners get deeper???

I sleep 8-9 hours like i should, i wash my face every night, and dont wear much makeup! i try get meat once a week, and have fish and chicken 1-3 times a week, and also eat very healthy! Im really not too sure what more i can do, its been like this for a while and is really bothering me, any ideas/tips?

Healthy lifestyle, but not losing weight efficiently?

Asked: Healthy lifestyle, but not losing weight efficiently?

About two to three months ago I made the decision to maintain a healthier lifestyle by eating healthier and exercising more. Here are the changes I made:

Before:
Eating: About 1600-1800 Calories a day
Food:Grains (70%): pasta and bread
Fruits & Veggies (10%): very small amounts
Dairy (5%): Rare- only cheese if I did eat it
Fats & Oils (15%): Everyday I'd have some type of desert-like sweet to eat over healthy snacks
Exercising: None to 30 Min.
Calorie Burn: Tiny amount maybe 300-350 a day

After (now):
Eating: About 900-1200 Calories a day
Food: Grains (45%): Whole wheat grains, no-salt oatmeal, pasta maybe once a week to none, granola bars
Fruits and Veggies(35%): Lots of salads, carrots, no corn syrup fruit cups
Dairy (15%): Greek non-fat yogurt, 2% milk, low-fat cheese sticks
Fats & Oils(5%): Very rare, I gave up donuts, desserts, anything with sugar or corn syrup as the number one ingredient
Exercise: 45 min-2.5 Hours
Calorie Burn: Average 1100 a Day

As you can see I am making many changes and I feel better and I'm more energized, but my problem is if I eat one meal of something that is unhealthy I feel sick, weak and tired. I also seem to have lost only about 5 pounds and according to my calorie goal I should have lost much much more by now. My weight also fluctuates daily depending on the situation. Example: In the morning I tend to feel very thin and I look very fit and flat-stomached. The minute I eat anything (especially if its not healthy) my stomach tends to pooch out. How can I maintain my morning look and continue to lose weight?
