Asked: I want to be female, but is doing this insecure?

I am writing one of the main villains for my comic. No this is not something written by an 8 year old. I am 20 years and am going to college thank you. I love cartoons. I was bred on cartoon network and nickolodeon in the 90s and early 2000s. I also played a ton of sonic the hedgehog. My villain is a scientist. She is really a bioengineer, worked for NASA and the pentagon. She has an IQ of 300 and she actually cured cancer and other diseases when she wasn't evil. She developed a way for transgenders to become their true selves by creating a form of nanotechnology that alters hormones, DNA, organs and brain activity. She has an evil plot of getting rid of all the men on earth and turning them into mind controlled women. She also will turn women into her slaves if she steps out of line. She has a tragic back story that I am working on. But she does have reasons for what she does. My hero has lightning powers, can fly, can fry the nervous system of any target and is invulnerable to bullets because of an electro forcefiled that absorbs shock protecting his body. I want to be female and I think this comic is a healthy way of venting my frustrations

Asked: Is there a reason to stay married to a man who clearly puts mother first over his wife and child?

I've been married for 9 years and have one child with my husband. All was great in the beginning of our relationship until 6 years ago. My MIL'sjob closed and of course was home everyday. We all live together unfortunately. All she does is gossip on thephone and mind other people's business, sleep with a married man and gets herpes on her mouth. If her extended family only knew of the negative things she has said about each one of them! Not only she has time to talk about them, she has the nerve to question my parenting: I shouldn't home school my child, don't teach him right or wrong, no time outs, allow my child to have a temper tantrum and give in to every rant, or don't give healthy meals and then justify that greasy fried food is "healthy". This is coming from an uneducated and insurance denied individual. I ignored her comments for years until recently when she had asinine comments about my marriage and religion and laugh whilst saying it.No one asked for her opinions and I don't tell her she's a home-wrecker and walking STD. Instead of me confronting her I avoid her now. Recently my husband confronted me about the situation and I flipped because this turned on me like I'm the problem because I'd rather not say anything to her than to tell her off. Obviously the woman has no remorse and turned into the "victim". I ultimately think this woman would prefer to ruin my marriage/family to have her son all to herself. My husband couldn't grasp the concept that his mom needs to mind her business and to get a life. He feels compelled to have an excuse for everything she has done. I have defended him, put him and our child first, catered to him but yet he can't do one simple thing for us; put his mother in her place to stay out of my business. This situation is demeaning to me and not appropriate to have my child be associated with an individual who does not have common sense embedded in her DNA. Is it worth staying married to this man?

Asked: Why do many ignorant people still think that races exist?

Basically , in biology a species ( or race ) is defined as a group of animals who cannot breed with each other ( or even if they can, cannot have healthy fertile offspring ) because their DNA is too different

On a genetic level, many scientisits are saying that it's almost impossible to say that human races exist, because you cannot look at DNA and say with 100% accuracy that , "This person is Black" or "This person is Asian", usually the ones that are able to do that have to resort to a guessing game that involves that person's ancestors and which geographic locations they most likely originated in & at what time

There is also an idea being promoted in Evolutionary Biology called the , "Out-of-Africa" theory ( though it is now widely accepted among most of the scientific community ) which promotes the idea that humans originated in Africa and then spread throughout the world, eventually developing different appearances as a result of adapting to the climate & because of changes in breeding patterns ( because of relatively minor mutations, no different from a parent being short and their child ending up tall )

That being said, you can always argue that on a socio-political level, race is as real as brick wall. What we call race is powerful enough to cost people their jobs or even their lives in many parts of the world, so in that sense race is very real. It's just that this particular view would not fly in a science classroom

Ok. so i have discovered eggs in my avairy. i only have two cokcatiels. one is a DNA sexed male. he was hand reared and is 3 years old in november.

ovbiously ive now discovered 'baby' is a girl.

a little history on baby; this is her fifth home. she came from a pet shop or breeder (im not sure) and then bought. then someone bird sitted and dog sat. and the original owners took the dog back but didnt want the bird back. and my friends took in the bird because the sitters didnt want a bird. and then my friends discovered the bird was being bullied by her pair and alexander in her avairy and she was in a tiny cage in the bottom. she offered her to me and i couldnt resist. she is so sweet! well i never knew if baby was a male or female. so i left them together in the avairy, and didnt thin nothing of it.

well i discovered an egg! so i have put hay scraps in there which they have moved to the back of the hollow and made a nest i i guess you could say. i struggle to see the eggs because the hollow has a bend so i dont really bother her too much. then came another and then another and then another. so four all up.

now i have a few questions.

baby sits on the eggs and is ery protective if she is in the hollow and i go near her.. well the thing is, she sits on them most of the time but i have come to realise sometimes she is sitting out of the hollow but rocky doesnt 'swap' over and go in the hollow. so if she isnt in there.. no one is. so is this ok? she isnt off them for that long BUT i am not always watchingthem..

also i was reading on cokcatiel cottage and it says about the healthy parents and pet birds dont always make the best parents. well rocky, the dad, is a hand reared baby. so does this change anything?? will he look after them? thats if they hatch..

what do i need to change in their diet? i give them seed, water, cuttle bone, i started givig them whole grainbbread sometimes and a brocolli stump, bevause i read somewhere butthey dont try new stuff..

Asked: Would you approve of fertility treatment which meant a child had three parents?

Diseases like muscular dystrophy could be eradicated if the DNA from the mother involved in the cellular energy making mechanism of the child could be replace with that from a healthy donor egg membrane. The standard large scale biological genetics of the child would still come from themother and father.

Asked: How can my mother get custody of my brother’s little girl?

My brother has a 2 year old little girl. He has signed her birth certificate but he no longer lives in TN anymore. Since we have known about the little girl and gotten the DNA test done we had been in her life. This past May right after my nieces' birthday the mother took her out of our lives.(We have known about the little girl since about August of 2011) The mother and her boyfriend had been telling my niece that her boyfriend was her dad, teaching her his name. My mother had a talk with her saying that that wasn't healthy for my niece because who knows if they will be together in the future. Lots of other stuff to that but that's not why I'm asking my question. The mother moved to Arkansas for a little while and has been having domestic disputes with her current boyfriend. The guy jumped on her in Arkansas and she called my mother asking for her to send her a bus ticket for her to come back to TN. My mother did that thinking of her granddaughter and the girl never picked up the ticket nor told my mother she no longer wanted it. Recently we got to see my niece again the mother moved or just came back to TN and the guy jumped on her again and he is back in jail. My brother would love for his daughter to be able to be around his family, but he is NV. We think the girl loves her child a lot but she is not living in a stable place, she does not work, and she is in an abusive relationship. I don't want to make the mother to be out to be an unfit or bad mother, I'm simply saying she is young and needs help.I feel like she has too much pride because she is not asking for help when my mother is constantly throwing it out there to her. I don't know what her family is offering but it can't be much if she is going from house to house each day,week,month. What can my mother do to make sure that her grandchild/my niece is being taken care of the right way? What does my brother need to do so that my mother can have that opportunity? Is there any opportunity for this to happen? If anyone can help or direct me to what I/we can look into I would appreciate it. Thanks
