Im Going To Jog In The Morning For 30 Minutes . And Eat Healthy . Then Go To The Gym
Asked: Do i eat a healthy breakfast and lunch?
Just an FYI i do eat dinner as well not just breakfast and lunch.
& my breakfast and lunch are always the same, if i like something i stick with it, i'm not someone who need lots of variety, that's why i want to know if what i always eat is still healthy
- 200ml almond milk & 50ml water to make 1 cup up.
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 tablespoon flax seed
& i drink a 500ml bottle of water along with it
i also take supplements
- centrum advance multivitamin
- cod liver oil with added omega 3
- calcium – magnesium – zinc
- 2 slices of kingsmill 50/50 bread
- Thin layer of natural peanut butter
- 1/2 a sliced banana
& i drink a 500ml bottle of water with this as well.
Would you say my breakfast and lunch are healthy, are the serving sizes okay or too much or too little?
I'm female, 21
As i said though i do also eat dinner but that varies daily (i do not snack though regardless of what health magazines and other health promoting people say)
i also exercise 1 hour 3 times a week
Asked: How come experts say its healthy to only lose 0.5-2 pounds per week? Am i doing to much?
Im 18 & overweight but still very strong and very in shape to a point and training hard and on a strict diet and ive lost more than that but then my dads complaining saying im doing damage to my body (Hes says i should eat 4,500 calories per day but then again he would never agree with me about anything thats just how he is he opposes everything I say and thinks hes an expert on every subject ) that i need to eat more calories and lose 1-2 pounds per week but I think its alot safer to lose some extra pounds then be at the weight im at right now. MY goal is to lose 100 pounds in 6 months I know you nutritionists are gonna say its impossible but no its not thats 50 pounds in 3 months ive seen alot of people I know do it and at the rate im going im doing it too. Any advice? (FYI i eat about 1,00-1,500 calories per day so im eating good like eggs for breakfast and chicken salads for lunch i just burn about 1500 at the gym so i lose it all, im never hungry or starving myself)

Okay, so, I know it seems like every few weeks, or days, I post a question on here about stomach bugs…. I don't know why, but it's my tic, what I completely freak out about, and what triggers my massive panic attacks, so I always want to know, then double and triple check to make sure I'm healthy and safe. Today I was babysitting for seven hours at this house of three kids. The youngest boy came home from karate, ate his lunch, and proceeded to lay on the couch and not move all day. Normally he runs all over like crazy and he eats like a vacuum cleaner, so when I saw this I began to worry. When his mom came home, she said she had begged him to have some breakfast this morning and he only ate a small bowl of cereal. I did my best to steer clear of him in case he got sick but I couldn't quite do that, and a few times tonight I should've remembered to wash my hands, but I never did. He never threw up and never openly said he didn't feel well, but I could just tell from looking at him that he had seen better days. How do I know if I've gotten sick from this kid or not, because it makes a difference between a mostly normal life and being extremely paranoid. FYI, I was babysitting 12 hours ago, would I have gotten it by now, and just by touching things in the house with germs, or am I in the clear? Thanks!!

I work as a graphic Designer, my shift starts from 10am till 7pm.
but at 2 o'clock i start feeling so sleepy & sometimes i fell a sleep :S
i sleep early at night 11 & i wake up 8 or 9, I eat a lot of fruits daily ( avocado, orange, Apples), i tried many kind of vitamins Pills, fish liver oil, Honey. & i drink coffe as a desperate attempt to stay awake, but i know its not healthy!
but i cant stay awake!!
its effecting my productivity & i dont want to lose my job.
FYI: i am 28 years old, & i am in shape, my wight is 78Kg.
and i go to the Gym every day.

Help me! my hair is super damaged i have been doing coconut oil treatments and olive oil ones..getting trims.. everything but my hair is still gross and can practically break in half! I dont plan on dying my hair for about 3 months because i can probly wait that long? but i dont know what to do to it next to make it healthy again! i wanted to go back to blonde but i have been told blonde is hard on the hair and idont want my hair to fall out!! ahhhh help me do i dye it brown next so i can completly stop dying it for awhile?
