So I LOVE Christmas and there are always so many goodies.. I can't help myself icon sad Gah.. Ive eaten so much, and its Christmas. I know Im going to have more.. is it alright to indul

I usually stick to a REALLY healthy diet and work out 5-6 days a week for 1 hour each time. However, for the last couple weeks and for the next few weeks as well, I have eaten quite a few goodies, and probably wayyyyy more calories/fat than usual :/

I've still been working out… but I won't be on Christmas Day or on Boxing Day. And I'm having a big Christmas dinner on Christmas with family. Probably going to have LOTS to eat all day long and stuffs… yeah :/

I just feel really bad/guilty.. I used to be overweight and am now underweight.. I had quite a few eating problems :/ I am female 5'1" about 98 ( Maybe more now icon sad Gah.. Ive eaten so much, and its Christmas. I know Im going to have more.. is it alright to indul (( ) lbs and 17 years old.. I am happy where I am and am at a safe weight.. I really don't want to gain a lot of weight, but it is Christmas and I know I am going to be eating a lot of junk and being lazy…

Is it alright to indulge like this at this time of year? I mean… once Christmas is over I won't be eating like this obviously, and will go back to my regular routine ( maybe a little stricter in terms of food for a few weeks/couple months [ 1800 calories + 1 hour exercise or so ] ).

I mean, I still want my clothes to fit properly and everything icon sad Gah.. Ive eaten so much, and its Christmas. I know Im going to have more.. is it alright to indul Will this cause significant, noticeable change again? I just really don't want to be fat again :

Small earlobe tear from 8g to 6g care?

Bree Asked: Small earlobe tear from 8g to 6g care?

Hi! I stretched my ear from 8g to 6g after waiting 2 months and 2 weeks from each stretch. I am usually very good about care and proper ear stretching, but I'm an idiot because I forgot that my left ear usually needs an extra week to heal. So, I stretched to a 6g and felt fine in both ears. There was a little pain in my left, but not any more usual when I stretch. So I was having a little trouble during the night, so I woke up and did a quick saline soak (this was my second one, as I always do a saline soak right after I stretch my ears just in case). Like an idiot, I didn't think to downsize. So I woke up and went to work, and noticed that my left ear was…purple. So I took out my jewelry in the bathroom and noticed that it was bleeding. I KNOW my ears should never bleed ever, so I took out my jewelry and cleaned them with some saline I had in my purse. I think I may have a very MINOR tear. I've downsized back to 8g and I've done a few saline soaks + rubbed it with vitamin E oil. My plugs are stainless steel and never acrylic.

TL;DR: I have a minor lobe tear from 8g to 6g and along with downsizing, doing saline soaks, and rubbing it with vitamin E oil, what else can I do to heal my lobe as healthy as possible?
