P.s ive been working out and I haven't weighed myself in like, a month? But I have a workout plan and stuff so I'm good but I just wanna know if I'm overweight or something, I don't look fat, but idc about that I want to be healthy.

So on weekends we allow ourselves to eat food while watching a movie. I think I may have an ED so I won't eat during the day, and eat healthy food with the movies but this isn't about me it's about my cousin.
She eats normal throughout the day, she had two mini pizzas for dinner and now she has bought
2 malteaser rabbit things
A can of squirty cream
4 mini packs of fruit flakes
She will eat it all tonight and she keeps gaining weight, I'm not sure why but I feel guilty about watching her eat it, is this because I have a distorted image of food or what?
What should I do?
