Hey 
so I'm going to Las Vegas in June. If you've been/live there you know it gets veery hot in the summer.
I want to spend some time sun tanning. I live in Canada where it shows basically half of the year.. and our summers suck. I really want a tan!!
I've heard coconut oil is good for tanning.. but I don't want to risk myself for skin cancer as much as possible.
I never burn.. should I use sunscreen? I would use organic. Plus how long would be healthy ( but give me a dark tan ) should I lay on each side for? I'll be there for 5 days

Asked: How to ask my parents to let me change schools?
I am in 10th grade and I am extremely unhappy in my school. I go to a magnet school in Las Vegas. It is extremely hard(4-5 hours) of homework a night. It is very stressful. I want to convince my mom to let me change schools or let me do online schooling because I am just so stressed and mentally not right anymore. Im not happy and I have lost interest in most things I like to do because im doing homework all day and night. Going to bed at 1-2 in the morning and waking up at 5. I know its not healthy. I am a straight A student but I work my butt off to pull off those grades. Im just fed up with the school. Im a kid and I want to be a kid. I know it sounds stupid, but im just really done with the whole concept of school. I want to change schools. How do I ask my parents to let me change schools? Thanks a lot. i appreciate it.

Time to Reset. Thanks Rick for the great message. We did it June and we're doing it again in July. Thanks for everyone who came. It was a perfect way to reset for the week Vegas locals let's RESET! It is time to reset yourself once a month. We are starting the Sunday Reset Project to help you: MOVE: 45 minutes of walking/running. Meet up at in downtown Las Vegas at 7am. We will take a 1 mile walk, or for those who want more of a workout we'll be taking a group on a 5k. STRETCH: Let's meet back in the gym after your exercise route to stretch out. MEDITATE: Now time to slow your mind with quiet time. EAT: Lastly, time to replenish and complete your morning with a group breakfast. We'll eat healthy, share recipes and reset.
