Asked: How much weight can I loose in 3 weeks?
I am going on a 2 week long trip to Hawaii over spring break and in order to prepare for my trip I have started doing an hour of cardio plus 30 minutes of weight training everyday. I'm not very large, I currently weigh 110 pounds and I am 5'4. ( I am 16 years old) The problem is that I have absolutely no upper body fat and its all in my inner thighs and butt. So I've been doing some running too. I have also limited to 1000 calories a day with no processed foods, just LOTS of organic fruits and veggies. Also of freshly caught salmon for dinner since im from Alaska. I'm drinking a gallon of water a day… I know, crazy… But anyway, if I keep this process up for the next 3 weeks how much can I expect to loose? I plan to keep exercising and eating healthy as soon as I get back but I'm just amping it up right now:) I appreciate the help! xoxo

Im on seratide inhalers n steroid tablets the lot the doctor wont give me anything stronger its jus gettin worse i used to smoke LOTS weed and tobbaco now i hardy smoke at all (compared) to before also i exercise alot (cycle everywhere) n eat pretty healthy my bodies fit n my lifestyles active so surly my asthma should be so bad can anyone please help n please dont jus say stop smoking bare in mind my asthma was,nt as bad when i smoked alot more.
Asked: Plan to lose weight in two weeks?
So I know this is not a great idea and you should take it slow and steady, but I gained weight and need to lose some to fit into something that I already bought. How many calories should I eat and how long should I walk a day to lose 5-10 pounds in two weeks. I know 10 is probably not realistic (and yes I know not healthy) but even 5 would be good. Some information, I am rather overweight, I am 24 and I already bike about 5 miles a day so need to add onto that. Please leave rude comments out, serious answers only, thank you.

Asked: Constantly feeling the urge to eat this month – help?
I just turned 21 – I am female. I work out and eat healthy but this whole month I have been constantly hungry and even if I was satisfied I still want to eat until I am very full.
If I feel the urge to snack I eat strawberries,bananas, carrot sticks and cashews or whatever other veggie I have in the house but it's so unsatisfying. I don't really eat meat – mostly turkey and salmon because I just don't like beef that much.
So here's the real question – What can I eat that is healthy that will keep me full? And why do I have this constant urge to eat even when I'm satisfied? I'm a little moody but I'm not a depressive eater.

I have two guinea piggies, Mabel and Milly. I am wondering if I am feeding them enough pellets. I obviously give them unlimited hay and water, and LOTS of veggies. But just wondering if 1/4 cup of pellets is enough for both of them every day. They are about 2-3 months old now. I give them Kaytee Forti Diet Pro Health Pellets. The reason I don't want to give them too much is because I REALLY don't want them to eat, eat, eat, all day long. I am trying to keep them as healthy as possible… but not starve them! Lol. Also I noticed that they usually finish all their pellets before the next day. That's why I'm making sure. Anyways… Thanks!

I've been waiting a long time to get my hair longer, but it really doesn't grow that much. My hair is about shoulder height, but it doesn't look good down. I always put my hair in a ponytail, especially when it's wet. I know I'm not supposed to, but like I said, my hair doesn't look good if down. I can't take showers at night because I sleep late anyway. The point is, how can I make my hair longer, yet healthy? Are there remedies I can use? Are there things I should avoid?
