About a month or two ago i went to the cardiologist and he found two minor leakages, he thinks i may have been born with it but i think it's when i had rheumatic fever that may have caused this. But he said it was fine, people live with it, and i should continue exercising. i am a bit overweight but i jog at least a mile every other day and plus now im eating healthier. every time i check my RHR, it ranges from 75-95. i just took my blood pressure and came out as 122/74 with 90 as pulse (and this was my right arm because i already took my left a few minutes before and came out to 129/75 p of 81 ) so what do you think may be the high pulse rates? i also have a little trouble breathing sometimes and feel as if im not getting enough oxygen.
