Breakfast:
3/4 cup protein plus cereal
1/2 cup vitamin d milk
Banana
Lunch:
Oatmeal ( suggestions on any good kinds?)
Apple
Dinner:
Turkey on sweet harvest wheat bread (suggestions for things to go with the turkey like cheese or mayo?)
Yogurt ( suggestions on good kinds?)
Two half hour walks and maybe some dance daily.
I want to lose 15 pounds!
