Tinted moisturizer or BB cream?

I really want a tinted moisturizer or BB cream. I either want the Neutrogena Healthy Skin Enhancer or the Maybelline Dream Fresh BB Cream. I've read reviews about the Maybelline one, and they mostly said it is more of a tinted moisturizer then a BB cream. I don't mind that, because I don't need full coverage. But I haven't seem to found the ingredients for it, and I have sensitive skin so I have to be careful. I love Neutrogena and I have never had a problem with any of their products, but the tinted moisturizer has Octinoxate in it, and that might cause skin irritation. If you know of any other drugstore tinted moisturizers or BB creams that are good for sensitive skin, please let me know Thanks in advance!
