I am looking to get rid of some weight on my stomach and to tone it and also my thighs and bum. What exercises would you recommend and what kinds of foods would help? Whenever I try to lose weight it makes me think about food more and I end up eating more. I often eat because I'm bored or I just want that food, rather than hungry. Does anyone have any tips to stop this? Also, what are some good, healthy foods that fill you up and give you the most energy.
I'm 5foot4 and 9 stone, what would be a good calorie intake for my weight? I have a 28and a half inch waist and I'm hoping to get it down to around 27". What would be a good daily calorie intake and exercise regime for me?
