I usually have trouble falling asleep at night, and I end up tossing and turning for about an hour or two before I actually fall asleep. I eat healthy foods, and I exercise everyday, but I still have trouble falling asleep. Even if I get 8 or more hours of sleep, I never feel well rested, and I'm often tired through-out the day. How can I get a better sleep?
