What’s lower in calories at Wagamama?

I'm going to wagamama for dinner tonight, but I am on a diet (as always), what is going to be the healthiest thing to have on the menu? I usually have the ebi raisukaree, but I don't know if it's ok for diet or not?!

Does anyone have any ideas on what's probably best for me? I'm calorie counting so numbers would be great!
