I was getting highlights for a while but I decided to just bleach my whole hair. Well now my hair feels mushy and when its dried (even when I don't blow dry my hair) it feels and looks dry and frazzled. I want to bleach my hair again because my ends are still darker than the top but what kind of conditioner or oil treatments can I use to get my hair healthy again? I'm sure its going to take time but I hate my hair. Right now I'm not using any type of heat to my hair and Im using a mud masque by Tresseme every other day but what else can I do? Also when is it safe for me to bleach my hair again with out the risk of it breaking?
