I am 13, I am 5' 3'' and I weigh 150 pounds! This worries me greatly, I am not fat, I am in taekwondo and soccer, I swim laps and exercise regularly, my arms and legs are solid. I have a little bit of fat on my stomach, but not a lot. I generally eat pretty healthy. I don't know how to explain it, but my shoulders are broader than most girls and I am wider, but I am pretty skinny on the sides. I want to lose weight, because I think this is way too much:( How much should I lose? And why the heck do I weigh this much?

You aren't over weight. When I was 13 I weighed the same.
Nothing is wrong with it.
A good weight would be between 115-130 pounds don't really worry about that if you're not fat or obese, run/jog a lot if you want then gone.
Could be genetics. People have all different body types. To become in the healthy range for your BMI it is recommended to lose about 10 pounds.
