I'm 7 weeks and 5 days pregnant and I have this overwhelming smell on my head or hair. I shower everyday and I have scrubbed my scalp raw. I eat healthy foods, fruits, veggies and my head still stinks. I had my husband smell my head and he couldn't put a smell to it but he said he loved it!! Eew! I kept telling him it smells cheesy and just now I begged him to think of the smell and tell me so I don't think I'm losing it I've been pregnant before and I never smelled like this and I know I have a heightened sense of smell right now. But this smell goes everywhere I go and I can't get away from it unlike the other smells I smelled when I was pregnant with my first. So we came to a conclusion it's a nasty cheese smell for me and my hubby says it smells like a deluted american cheese smell. Ahhh! help! and serious answers please. Thanks

These are all good foods but you're surely not planning on having baked fish for dinner every day!? You need lots of different and interesting foods in your diet! Else it's boring! I've tried it before buying Bran flakes lettuce and chicken and eating them every day…it became so boring!
My advice would be is to have 6-7 light meals a day. For example:
7.30 fruit and fibre/porridge (skimmed milk)
10.00 banana + raw nuts
12.30 tuna salad/chicken salad/whole meal sandwich
3.00 apple
5.30 chicken breast + steamed veg + boiled potatoes
8.30 handful of nuts/glass of milk

Also try drink about 2 litres of water a day!

There are hundreds of great healthy foods to choose from! You sound like you've gt the right idea but eating regularly will speed up your metabolism, therefore helping you burn fat quicker icon smile Why does my head smell like cheese? Im 7 weeks pregnant?
