This one-shot is for TheNicole1300! Hope you like it! She took one glance at him, and she knew that she had to do it. It was for the best. She couldn't just leave him to die. She ran across the street and looked into the eyes of a lifeless looking body. She didn't recognize him immediately, but once she made the call to 911 she realized she was saving the life of her enemy's cousin. She didn't mind saving his life, but she wouldn't hear the last of it at school when Miranda found out she saved her cousin. It was a good deed, but Miranda would have wanted to be the hero. Of course, Miranda was nowhere near the place when the dreadful scene had occured. Nicole closed her eyes reembering what had happened just a second ago. A large truck its driver had lost control of the wheel. The truck spiraled out of control hitting many mailboxes and swerving from sidewalk to street. Nicole had just been walking home from softball practice when Michael Fusco who hadn't noticed the truck was jaywalking trying to get to the other side of the road. She hadn't realized it was him at the time, but she arrived just as he was hit by the truck. The great force of the truck knocked him down on the spot. And he was unconsciuous and barely breathing. Nicole ran to him, and accompanied him to the hospital as he was escorted into the ambulance. She took the cellphone that belonged to him and searched through his contacts.
